As we draw closer to Christmas and 2022, we thought it would be a good time to reflect on 2021.
This year has continued the trend towards increasing cyber threats. From the Log4j emergency this month, which left millions of servers around the world vulnerable, to various ransomware threats throughout the year and the difficult saga of the Microsoft PrintNightmare vulnerability which crippled some businesses – to name a few.
2021 has also been another year of increased need for robust and adaptable IT systems for businesses. The sudden home working requirements of 2020 have evolved into a need for a flexible working environments for staff in 2021. COVID lockdowns have shifted and isolations have required staff to switch between being in the office, to working from home, to being back in the office - all at the shortest notice.
We are pleased to report that all of our IT Support/IT Managed Services customers have been able to navigate this past year and all of it’s challenges in their stride – as far as IT is concerned. We will continue to be the most vigilant and progressive IT partner for all of our customers into 2022 and wanted to take this opportunity to wish all of you a very Merry Christmas and a prosperous New Year from Firaya!
